Laura Kortokrax is Chief Operating Officer and a Partner of Reimbursement Recovery Partners, with more than 35 years of experience in program management, healthcare administration, and consulting. She builds processes that get the same right result every time, in work where the rules are strict, and she leads RRP engagements personally from the first review through settlement.
Before RRP, Laura was COO of Healthcare Reimbursement Solutions, where she made operations run leaner and helped launch new services, including Medicare revenue services.
She has managed teams in data integrity, risk adjustment, provider relations, and quality, and at Healthcare Payment Specialists she led appeals, reopenings, and audit completion for hospital clients.
