At Healthcare Reimbursement Solutions, Janice worked with hospitals on reimbursement strategy and measured the savings. As a consultant with Booz Allen Hamilton, she led cost reduction initiatives across industries, including Boeing manufacturing units.
She is an active member of the Healthcare Financial Management Association (HFMA).
